Since I began writing about our life in the military, my vision has been to inspire people to explore new places, near and far. My mom was once given the advice, "If you don't like where you are, you won't like where you're going." I have found that to be true! Wherever you are, find something that interests you and explore it, get to know the area or the history of where you are. Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a constant yearning to discover new places and cultures. I’ve always believed that each day is an opportunity to broaden horizons and create lasting memories.
